Biography
Fredd Lenn is called the best-kept healing secret on the West Coast by associates and clients. His nickname, the congruence coach, describes his uncanny ability to bring people to inner congruence with their dreams and visions, harmonizing the head and heart. He is an internationally known energetic seer, healer, and teacher.
Fredd is the grandson of a Celtic spiritualist farmer – heir to a family lineage of empathic, sensitive seers. He enjoyed a college teaching and business career successful enough that he took time away from the material world to travel and study hidden spiritual sources after an inner awakening. Fredd spent almost two decades traveling to remote locales visiting and staying in monasteries, temples, and mystery schools. He sought answers to questions about the long-forgotten inner resources of man, the mysteries of the mystic mind, and man’s partnership with the universe.
Mystic Relaxation
Fredd Lenn applied the skills from these mystical encounters and his natural abilities as an accomplished Clairsentience and Clairvoyant. He underwent testing under laboratory conditions where researchers discovered he could positively influence the chemical composition of water and the energy fields of plants, animals, and humans.
For example, in one experiment, Fredd neutralized the caffeine content in a cup of coffee. EEG recordings showed that Fredd could be in a meditative state both with his eyes open and closed. In one EEG session, the operator shut the machine down because Fredd’s brain waves went into an ecstatic state and stayed there for over an hour. The experienced operator had never seen this sort of brain wave action before.
In 1985, Fredd was initiated into “The Order of The Three Hearts.” This secret, mystic, fraternal, spiritual Order dates back two thousand years, is consecrated in inner truth, and is dedicated to the transmission of sacred knowledge about the energetic and mystical potential of man. Later Fredd was appointed to the level of teacher of the Order of the Three Hearts. He taught and traveled internationally, lecturing for the Order and its projects for over a decade. Then, he left, intending to make the teachings alive and relevant once again.
Energy and Light Medicine
His next step was to establish a successful energy healing center in Atlanta. For over a decade, psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists were the primary clients at Energy and Light Medicine. Fredd continued to travel and teach classes in Inner Presence and Power, Establishing Profound Inner Attention, and Changing Your Life by Listening to Your Heart in the Midwest and on the East Coast.
Fredd left Atlanta and was drawn to the west coast, where he developed another thriving practice. Here he helps people achieve a deep inner natural relaxation close to the meditative state, called Mystic Relaxation. He taught them how to use this state to increase their ability to release limitations and fears and manifest effective and fulfilling lives and careers.
